Environmental Management Plan
The purpose of this EMP is to describe procedures that will be implemented on behalf of Fairway Developments to comply with the rehabilitation and environmental objectives associated with Condition 5 of the EPBC Act approval. The EMP is a management tool that details the methods and procedures that will be applied in order to achieve Fairway Developments environmental commitments and regulatory obligations.
